The 1^st Visit

For your first visit plan on spending 60 to 90 minutes at the office.  We recommend that you show up 10 minutes prior to their you appointment to fill out the new patient intake forms.  To make the examination easier we recommend wearing or bringing with you a pair of shorts and a loose short sleeve shirt.

 

After completing the new patient intake forms you will then meet with Dr. Bjork.  Both of you will then sit down for a consultation regarding your current health issues and a review of your health history. 

 

Next a comprehensive chiropractic examination will be performed that will include aspects of physical, orthopedic and neurological examinations along with state of the art computerized paraspinal sEMG and Thermal scans.

What to Expect on the 1^st & 2^nd Visits

The 2^nd Visit

After a thorough review, Dr. Bjork will share with you the examination findings, what they mean to you and discuss with you your treatment options and recommendations.  Dr. Bjork will also answer any further questions and concerns you may have before you receive  your adjustment.  This visit will take approximately 45 minutes. Subsequent visits will take approximately 20-30 minutes.

This state-of-the-art technology objectively analyzes the function of the spine and nervous system, which cannot be seen on X-ray.  The Insight Subluxation Station™ features three different and distinct tests, which will safely and accurately document and monitor Dr. Bjork’s patients so that they receive the specific care necessary for improved health and nervous system function.  Since the nervous system is the most important system in the human body, it is important to have it checked periodically.
